Thank you for your interest to this Canadian opportunity. Unfortunately you do not seem to be eligible to participate in this programme due to visa restrictions. The eligibility criteria for "Working Holiday Canada" says:
"The requirements for participation in this program are dictated by Canadian government visa regulations. Applicants must:
Be citizens of the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Republic of Korea, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, and the United Kingdom; "
